Worst quality of service

I had bought a xylo R.C. No. DL4 C L NB 4379, from the dealer sri durga automobile, in Oct`10.

earlier car is doing fine but soon as car crosses 20k mark running troubles start coming from the car.

And more over the dealer service is such that on the service they are asked to change the disk pad shoes,

and they have done such a blunder that the mechanic had punctured the brake fluid pipe near the shocker,

resulting in loss of brake fluid unawarenessly,

After few days some body on red lite told me that there is some oil leaking behind your car, then i realised that my brake fuild is leaking,

Some body tells me why do we service our vehical into the co. service center if unfourtunetly my car brakes get lost on highway then whose fault is this.
