I had purchased a Mahindra Xylo and serviced at Marshall Trading Company for last year, the service provided by dealer is pathetic. They do not even clean properly the car during service this was the case for the first service.
Second service was more pathetic then first, in this case they gave the timing for drop the car to the service center (9.30 am, Wednesday) for service and when i went there for car servicing they sad you will get it after 3-4 days and they even don't know about some technical aspects also.
After getting these much pain i decided to call to the Customer care but again i did not get proper response.i had called in customer care (1800226006) around 9-10 times but they did not gave any proper answer (Customer care people ware Mr Rohan and Miss Palak)
It seems that Mahindra is not interested in solving the Customer's problems
Now I felt Heavily Cheated and Frustrated
So i finally decided to go to the consumer court for filling the case against the Mahindra & Mahindra
