No repsonse from Customer Care

Mahindra Xylo purchased from Mumbai on 14th July from G3 motors - Malad. The car suddenly developed some problem at midnight of 14th August while on way to Mahabaleshwar.

The autorised service center of the company not ready to provide assisstance although the company claims 24x7 assistance. The manager is Mr. Qazi of Sahayadri Motors - Satara, Maharashtra.

Mr. Jay Gandhi - the customer relationship manager of Mumbai was also involved and taken into the loop for the service to the vehicle. After lot of written and telephonic conversation, Mr. Jay Gandhi texted that the ECU (part that needed replacement) was given the sanction by the company for replacement on Friday, 19th August.

Mr. Mandar from cutomer care, Pune HO promised us that the required part would be despatched to Satara's service centre and the vehicle would be delivered by Monday, 22nd August.

But nothing has happened till now, company and the customer care claims that the they are helping us by getting the sanction of the replacement of ECU without charges but they fail to realise the time factor. Inspite of regular reminder that the car is losing the business of Rs. 5000/- per day.

We demand a compensation from the company - towing charges, loss of business and above all harassment charges. Compensation of Rs. 50, 000/- for the loss (if the car is repaired and released by Tuesday, 23rd August) and Rs. 50, 000/- as harassment charges.
