Poor service and response

Hi,

This is a serious concern. I gave my Bolero for Servicing to Sireesh Auto (Pvt) Ltd Jakkur Main Road for the first time. I was not satisfied by the kind of response I got from the service station. The main complaint was that the Gear box was hard especially when I tried to shift to second gear it made a loud noise. I had informed the guy who came for picking up the vehicle. When I got the vehicle back I observed that one of the wheel cap was missing, the front window rotator was changed to some flimsy part without my notice. And the main problem of this gear box was not solved. i just had to pay a bill of Rs9345. I gave 9500 to that guy who picks up and drops the vehicle but he never returned the change. When I asked for change He was very arrogant and said no change. I tried to reach a person called Ram Job card Handler who handled my vehicle. He was unavailable forever. The Service center guys said that he would call back which never happened. I will never give my vehicle for servicing.

I advice everyone not to give ur vehicle to this service station. I request Mahindra and Mahindra to take a strict action against these irresponsible workers.
