The dealer does not give dilevery on time

The dealer Narmada Motors in Hoshangabad (M.P.) do not give me dilevery on time he said he give me dilevery on 16th of feb. and 25th of feb. but they do not give me the dilevery on time and now he misguiding me and not attending my phone calls.
