CDL UNIT FAULTY FROM 2 MONTHS

I have purchesed Mahindra bolero in the month of mar. After five month its CDL unit became faulty i.e. in the month of Aug. The same part was not ordered by delear up to 07/09 i.e. approximately 20 days delay for ordering part. Also when I have contactecd to delear on 19/07 the same part was not supplied to delear. If there is two month's delay for availability of spare part in show room, how effectly, efficiently the customer care will be taken by mahindra company when there is only 12 month's warenty will be given.
