Delay in Service and Reckless behaviou

I have given my Mahindra Duro vehicle on an accidental repair at Mahindra owned service station at Himayat nagar with Service Manger /Supervisor Shabudin. I have given them my vehicle on 20 September (23 days before). As per the initial discussion he wanted some xerox papers of the license, cancelled cheque and all that was given to him the very next day. He said the work would be completed in 2 days. Till today no response from the service station whenever we call or send some one they say the concerned person is not there and work will be done in a day or two. Today Shabudin speaks and say they may complete the job by 6:30 tomorrow which again he is not sure. I appeal to all authorities to kindly look into the matter and settle the thing immediately. I also doubt they conspired with many of my vehicular parts which i was told is their regular practice. Justice should be done to such criminals who are running such service centres and troubling people in the name of it. Mahindra management should also take responsibilty or stop their sales in the regions where they are not able to find good retailers.
