We purchased xylo e8 from mahindra, nerul. trouble with the dealer started right from day 1.
1. car was delivered 1 month after making full payment. (what about interest on my Rs 800000.00???)
2. every service for the new vehicle was charged exhorbitantly (always above Rs 10000)
3. recently we had to go to goa and wanted to service our car before leaving. the service centre charged us Rs 18000 .He was demanding even more under the pretext that still some work need to be done. However my husband refused to make any further payment for a vehicle of hardly 2 years old.by the time we reached near about Lonavala the vehicle was making wierd noise. on reaching the nearest workshop the workers were surprised as to how we could reach even upto the workshop safely!!! we were told that all the nuts, except one, of the wheel attachment had fallen off!! perhaps the attendant had forgotten to tighten the nuts after servicing. this is ridiculous!!!
u cant play with anybody's life for money. the lapse on the part of the service centre is unpardonable. it would have cost us our lives and made my chilren orphans.
Please see that the damages are adequately paid to me.
