AC not working

I bought the Xylo E2 model on March since then facing issue with its AC .

its AC doesnt work while vehicle is standing but work fine while moving.

I have got checked the AC many times, and dealer has repaired it too but all in vain.

I dont know what should I do now, no doubt dealer is not refusing to repair again but how long this will do, I need replacement of vehicle.

Please advise.
