To Whom so ever it may concern,
I am Varsha Jagani a middle class housewife having purchased Mahindra Rodeo Blue colour from Sanjay Motors (P) Ltd, Bhandup (W), Mumbai -79 (authorised dealer) on 24/12 out of little savings done from my household budget.
It has not even been a year nor the Kms run has crossed 3300kms (actual Kms used till date approx 3200 kms) our average has not been more than 20Kms per liter against commitment of 45km/liter.
After making a note of same to your after sales department about the fact that the average commitment is not getting honored the problem is still not solved and there is no further hope either.
According to the company's rule the after sales service is done on following dates:
11/1, 31/3, (third one lapsed), 14/09. The representative came in Identified the problem but some how could'nt solve the problem.
I out of grudge and after following up several times want to just know from one of the most reputed company of the country what should i do to solve this problem. Hope that i don't have to remind you any further for solving the same.
