Self start problem

I had purchased mahindra Rodeo from SNP Motors Mysore Karnataka in Oct. For first 6 months the vehicle was good. After 6 months my scooter never starts with self start i have to use kick start that too 10 to 15 times i have try to start the vehicle. I had replaced the battery thrice, I had complained with consumer care of Mahindra, for the first mail they replied and assured that the associate of mahindra will contact us to provide the solution for the problem. Nobody has contacted us, Afterwards i had mailed them several times till now no reply from them. please guide me what shall i do now?
