This is to bring to your notice that fraudy and irresponsible behavior of OM SAI PACKERS AND MOVERS, HYDERABAD.
The goods to be moved are TV machine and some cartons. We booked it from hyderabad to Pune. They told me we are providing service door to door. We paid all the money while loading itself as they said since it is small load, we need to pay full load. It has been 25 Days, still no delivery.
After 25 days I called and asked about my goods then he told me you can callect your goods in cakan and cakan distance near about 50 KM from my house and they want more money. We paid the extra money also. They are very rude in answering and shouting at us.
Pls log this complaint and take the necesary action such.
We are very worried for our goods as all the goods are sentimental to us and that why we didnt dispose it and planned to move to our new place.
