Recently I gave my scorpio vehicle for clutch plate replacement at India Garaga service centre bangalore. They corrected the probelm but in doing that someone from the service has mis-handled the seat covers and now its torn at a lot of places. Now, when I complain and ask for re-placement OR re-embursement for the same they are just playing a blame game and not responding properly.
Its been a worst experience with the people involved.
Please suggest how to handle these guys. It there a mahindra complaints cell where I can register my complaint and get the re-embursement. Already I have spent a lot on the vehicle for clutch plate replacement and can't take such mis-behaviors.
