Reason for Complaint
1. Date of Vehical purchased :23 july
2. Problem in vehical: noise from engine /turbo, sensors, oil pressure command and major noise from engine
3. Total Visits to Mahindra agency: More then 6 times
4. Part for replacement: They have ordered it in jan and its march but still part has not arrived.
5. On 3rd march the vehical has been send to mahindra workshop as they have promised that in 2 days they will tell me the status of the vehical but till date 12 march thay have neither
contacted me regarding my Vehical.
6.after keeping the vehicle for 2 months, mahindra and mahindra people delivered the vehicle to me after engine assembly and turbo changed. But the vehicle is still not up to the mark as there is a new
problem regarding gear and engine mounting.
7.I again visited dealer on 4th of may and was told that gear box will be opened for repair. After which i refused to do so.
8.I feel cheated as my expectations got thrashed and the company failed to deliver an efficient and wholesome piece of machinery.i have sustained mental harrassment, financial losses and wastage of
time. I feel like i have bought a second hand vehicle in pathetic condition.
9.i am made to suffer by visiting and calling the workshop people and customer care.
10.Further i would like to tell you buying the dream car. The top end model (Mahindra scorpio vlx) was not able to give its best performance as we had expected and heard the stories. Thankfully we
did not used vehical for any long drive as i would have definitely ended up wit some major problem
11.now i want to get my vehicle replaced or money back with compensation
