Dear Sir, Ihad purchased a Mahindra Scorpio, VLX, M Hawk, from M/s Mahalaxmi motors, Bareilly in Nov. Ihave run 20000 kms by the vechile without any complaint, but suddendly when I was going with my family from Rudrapur to Chandausi (distt. Moradabad) on 3.6.10 the car stopped and its clutch stopped working as a result of which the vechile could not move forward. When the driver got down and inspected he saw the gear oil coming out of the gear box. On further enquiry we found out that its, cluch cylinder has bursted and we will have to tow the vechile to the nearest Mahindra Service centre which is at Bareilly/Haldwani. On contacting the Service Managers/ Stores Managers we could not get a proper response and at both the places we were rudely shrugged off saying that the required spares were not available. On further persuasion we were told that it may take upto 10 days for the spares to be available. Kindly tell me were to lodge my complaint for the early redressal of my problem?
