I requested for a call back on 30th Sep from Make My Trip to inquire for flight tickets from Ahmedabad to London. I received call from 0091-294-3061000 at 08:00 PM and within 15 seconds the agent put me on hold for 12 MINUTES... till it was disconnected. Could not believe Make My Trip can be so irritating. Disgusting Service.
