I was booked the up and down tickets from Hyderabad to Tirupati (dt: 19.03.2011) and Tirupati to Hyderabad (22.03.2011) booked on 9th March there is a lot of waiting list so later on i was cancelled my tickets on 15th. i was make a call to make my trip for refund amount they told that the amount will be credited to my account on 22nd March but it was not happened again i called up several times they said that they add interest amount of Rs.100/- to my refund amount i.e Rs. 1720 100. after one month i got the money back of Rs.1520/- they told that they add Rs.100/- but deducted Rs.200/- why they deducted i don't know i want my deducted money back immediately i was totally fedup with this make my trip.com railways i never book my tickets through this web site and i never suggest to my friends to book the tickets in this make my trip
