Improper servicing
At the repeated request of Popular services, Trivandrum [ from one Ms Parvathy Madam] I gave my Maruthy 800 Ex for general servicing on 18th march with specifc points for attending- viz. cleaning of blower fan, setting right the centralised door lock etc..
At the time of collection of vehicle by Popular I was told there will not be any pickup and drop charges. But in the billing they charged Rs 120 for the same.
The centralised door lock was fitted by MS Popular at the time of purchase of car from them in 2000. But the same went bad during last servicing time and the matter was reported to them. I requested them to set right the same during this service but they failed to do so saying that it cannot be done.
At the time of collection of vehicle for servicing I was told that the charges will be around Rs -@ but the actual bill was Rs 3125/-
In summary the services are bad, the billing excessive and delivery not in time.
