On 27th and 28th Ihave tried to book air ticket Hyderabad to delhi using the services of Make my Trip.com. As the transaction could not be completed due to a problem in their server. Several attempts were made with no success. I received an intimation on my mobile phone thro sms that by balancedue is RS 22, 000..Iam yet to receive the monthly statement so as to furnish more details. When the merchndiser Make my trip .com has not rendered any services, Irequest you to kindly reverse the charges build on my card and restorethe credit balance
