My passport having file no - TH72352527 12 and receit no 1961 had been given for renewal on 13 march.its been 4 months now n i havent received my passport yet.we had been told that the police report is clear n passport is to be expected by 22 june.the given date has been crossed n yet we r receive the passport.i now really need the pasport urgently because i have booked a flight abroad this month...
i request you to look into this matter n please rake the required steps urgently or else let me know the problem!
