Non supply of hp cooking gas cylinde

My HP Gas consumer No.628653 with Manrath enterprises. I booked for refill gas cylinder on 23.02.2012 vide Booking No.204333. till date I have not received filled cooking gas cylinder the agency/distributors. Every month they are delaying supply for more than one month. There is no compliant procedure in HP Head office and we are not getting reply from HP head office also for previous complaint made by us.
