Fake Vehicle Registration no. issued

I have taken delivery of MANZA car on 19.10. from M/s Bharati Motors, Jogeshwari, Mumbai.

My car no. plate was given at the time of delivery - MH03 AW 7991.On continious follow-up for my RC book (no respose from Dealer till 5.1.2011 afternoon), finally I hv been informed my vehicle no is MH03 AW 8066. I am surpirsed now how come my vehicle no. has been changed after 75 days. Kindly investigate and confirm the details.

Incase of any liability/expenses arising (for past and for future) out above stated mishap, TATA MOTOR & BHARATI Motors will be held responsible.
