Dear sir.
there is no response from mtnl employees our phone is dead since last 2 months after deposited the telephone bill. we had already paid the bill for the period 1-june-10 to 30-sept-10 amounted to rs 1144 for the period in which our connection was dead or desconnect.
after that we have recd the next bill then mtnl employee says that we will be adjust your bill amount in the past payment.
kindly take an action regarding this matter as soon as posible.
