Respected Sir/Madam
I am the consumer of HP Gas last many years. My name Asha Devi and consumer number is 614759. I was used to stay at 62/1 A, Hazra Road, Kolkata-700019 but last two yeras we shifted and now staying at 77 A Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Kolkata-700008 and we transfered our Gas also in the new address. Lats two yeras we are continuously facing problem like
1> Whenever we for the Gas booking they confirm the booking and when after the date of deliver we ask they say that you do nopt haveany booking here.
2> Daily after 1.30pm they keep the receiver down and do attend anybody's call. One day i was continously trying for an hour and did not get call andit was continuously showing busy. This the phone number of the dealer 24668066 and the Company's name is Gourish and Company, 61/1, Pratapditya Road, Kolkata-700026.
3> They provide Gas after 30 days and i know as a Gas consumer you also must have idea that Gas doesn't work after maximum 25 days, i think it should be maximum 25 days not 30 days.
4> At the last moment always they say deliver will take time and it takes more than 30 days and i take leave from my office and personally go and take Cylinder from the godown.
Now tell us what to do. When we complaint nobody bother and listen to us. Fade with those people. They are very much irresponsible and we are continuosly facing these problems and nobody is helping us.
Please take the necessary action as early as possible for the sake of us and reputation of HP Gas.
