I am Prof. S.Kalainathan, VIT University Vellore. My Alto car number is TN 23 AA 3197. I gave my car to Ganesh cars for service on 8.10.10. I have informed the service people what are the parts to be serviced including very small parts of cost even Rs.4.00 also. At that time the side mirror was in good condition. Today (10.10.10) I have taken the car from the service centre and found that the side mirror frame was damaged. During the delivery time Mr. Ramesh (customer care) also with me and he also noticed the damage and promised me to solve the problem. Later I contacted the car service in charge through mobile (9842329308309). But the response was not good. But he is telling that the damage happened before giving the car to service. But it is not true. Through mobile the service person explained me about the service and what are the parts going to be changed while the car was in the service centre. But, he did not tell anything about the damage of side mirror.

I have purchased the in 2004. So far I have given the car for service many times to Ganesh car. It is the first time I am not happly with the service and facing the problem Kindly do the needful.
