my name is satish kalyani (0217-09822023284, 09028850778) solapur. I had maruti 800 (1998) model, had purchase second hand so i went to chavan motors, solapur and told about my old car, then they told me that we have to check your car and then only we will valuate about your car.
we agreed for that and they came to my home .and inspection will done . i have one customer he was ready to give me rs 45000/- but he want some repair of car from me .i said him that i have no time to make repair work so take this as it is i have no time . so we went to this chavan motors pvt ltd, solapur hotagi road (02172606666) mr dhananjay gajeli 08805986802 and mr sandeep kurade and mr rakesh chavan (valuator of the car) he offer me 35000/-value for my car, i disagree but same evening mr saneep kurade call me and we asked 40000/- again he refused then we request to settele in 38000/- because i don't want any headcase of repair of my old car so we agreed for 38000/- and we done all signatures on transfer papers form no 29 and 30 blindly because of trust .and i booked ritz LDI model they told me 5.47 laks, and also we paid rs 11000/- cheque of axis bank, because i thought they are caculating /valuated my car for 38000/- and rs 11000/- total 49000/- with out any receipt. after some days he told me that your car value is 26000/- and 1-is exchange bonus, we en quire about exchange bonus at latur, poona, aurangabad (pagariya auto), beed they told ritz model have waiting period and is very demanding product so that model have no exchange bonus.then I recognize that I have been cheated from these people .mr sandeep kurade, mr rakesh chavan and mr dhananjay gajeli) these people make me full and then i booked other company's car and when i asked for refund amount they are not making my payment.
they are giving me rs 1- less. is exchange bonus they are saying exhange bonus is not refundable but there is not exchange bonus for ritdz LDI model car. so SIr please give me justice.
