This is to inform you that we havepurchasedtheMarutiAlto car from Raj- sneh Baraut in 18th July. But after 06 month only, Battery of this car (Minda) not working properly & given problem, when I am on official visit at Bareilly. In this Regard Ipersonallycontact with Raj-Sneh ontelephone describethe problem but no satisfactorily answer given by them to me, then Iwentto Coralmotors.on14.03. After proper checking coral motors told me about weak Batteryperformance& given me the option for checking /replacement ofbatterywith in 25 days.but due to timeconstraintsit was not possible at that time. Car was on DHHAKA-START position at that time.then I hire the battery fromBareilly on rent Basis@50Rs/day to till now. Now when after completion of my official visit I went to your showroom Raj -sneh Baraut & told him the story but the response /behavour of officers available atRaj sneh Baraut was surprising. Thistype of misbehave Create the? on after sales service of MARUTI.We have not except this type ofbehaviourfrom MARUTI showroom officer.
Now your earliest action ishighlyappreciablein this regard, In this matter I feelembarrassedseveraltime in last fifteen days &I havepaidthe battery rentequal to new battery cost till now
