OVER CHRGE TO CUSTOMER

Dear Sir,

I had bought one Maruti Alto car from AMITDEEP SHOWROOM CIVIL LINES Allahabad. I heard that Maruti is no. 1 ranking in CSI (Customer Service Index) but my practicle experince create a huge question mark on this company, how that company got this rank???

They are charging Rs. 3000 more in Registration amount when i know, i told from sells guy that i wll do registrtion own myself but he was not agree but after so many request he allow. 20 days completed but the sells guy are neither returned my registration amount nor picking my phone calls.
