Dear Sir,
I have purchased a brand new Maruti car model ALTO LX dt. 26.10.08 through SB Cars financed by HDFC.
From July we are facing lot of problems with my car as follows:
1- Fluctuation in RPM
2- Very low milage of 9.5 KM / Ltr.
For the same, I have visited KTL (P) Ltd., Workshop, Harsh Nagar, 8 times with or without Job Slip. Copy of Job Slip is attached herewith.
Despite of everything, problems with my car are still same. After my every visit to workshop, same problems arise in 15-20 Km run after repairing. My car was checked by Mr. A.K. Dixit, Amit Bajpai, Asgar Ali, Jagat, Ravindra Kumar Panday, Ajit and so on…
It is very worse experience with Maruti, right from the beginning I have faced and still facing lot troubles from Maruti which became white elephant for me.
Please look into the problem in my car and do the needful.
