Delay in car delivery

I have booked MARUTI ALTO LXI BSIV/Supeior white Maruti car dealer POPULAR VEHCLES and SERVICES LTD., Chennai.

On 24th April, I paid Rs. 5000

On 2nd May, I have given the SBI cheque (no.245002) of 2 lakh and remaining 1 lakh thru Axis car laon a/c.

Invoice no. of SOB10000242/VSL10000228

Complaints so far registered with maruti customer care

Chasis no. of booked car is 1612989 as per the letter received from the Dealer.

Dealer promised delivery of car before 4th May.

today May11th, till now I have not received car. Dealer is daily giving me a new date.

They r saying this is due to problems from MARUTI and its quality inspection issue.

So because of this unnecessary delay am facing problems in my professional and personal life.

Ie have lodged a complaint with MARUTI CUSTOMER CARE with complaint no. 879678571

and 6998435185.

Till now issue is not resolved from Maruti. I spoke to regional office also.

By taking their words i took the leave and planned family trips.

Am facing financial loss due to booking other call taxi for my family trip as i took the leave because of their promise.

So I am we facing mental and financial harassement.

We rquest u to do some strict action against them.
