I HAD GIVEN MY ALTO CAR IN THE MONTH OF JULY.AT THE TIME OF HAND OVER CAR TO SERVICE STATION, I HAD TOLD THEM THEIR IS A VIBRATION IN THE CAR AND MY CENTRAL LOCKING IS WORKING PROPERLY.AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AFTER SERVICE I HAD OBSERVED THAT VIBRATION IS STILL THEIR AND MY CENTRAL LOCKING WHICH WAS WORKING WAS NOT WOKING NOW.I HAD TOLD TO MR.PRAMOD AT SERVICE STATION AND HE HAS OBSERVED THE SAME, BUT HE HAS TOLD ME THAT NOW U GO TO THAT SHOP FROM WHERE I HAD FITTED CENTRAL LOCKING.I DON'T UNDERSATAND THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS WORKING BEFORE WAS NOT WOKING AFTER SERVICE THEN WHY I HAVE TO GO TO THAT SHOP BUT ANYWAY I WENT TO THAT SHOP, AFTER OBSEVING THE SHOPKEEPER HAS TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT OUR FAULT U AGAIN GO TO THE SERVICE STATION.AGAIN I RUSHED TO THE SERVICE STATION AND HAD TALK WITH MR.PRAMOD BUT TILL TODAY THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND ALSO I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER EVERY SERVICE WE RECEIVED CALL FROM SERVICE STATION FOR FEEDBACK AND AT THAT TIME ALSO I HAD TOLD THEM MY PROBLEM.BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT FEEDBACK CALL IS ONLY FOR SHAKE OF SATISFACTION AND TO KEEP RECORD THAT WE HAD CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND NOT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.ALREADY MORE THEN ONE MONTH PASSED AND STILL MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED.IF AS A COMPANY AND YOUR DEALER NOT WANT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAN WHY UNNECESSARY YOU TAKE FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER.
SO NOW TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT YOUR EARLIEST OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER FORUM
