my car met a very small accident near patna. then i went to the vau's work shop, located ashiana nagar patna.then the staff of this workshop said that sir i hand over the car on or before 28/11. but today is 30/11. and car is not handed over to me. another problem is related to insurance sector where the one side is not whole recovered they said that this not come into the insurance sector because this scratch is earlier.
