Dear Concern,
I had purchased Maruti A-Star from Modern Automobile, NH-1 Ambala in the month of December (23rd Dec) and got accendental on 11th of Jan and handed over to Modern Work shop to repair on 11th Jan and concern department has given me reciept with asurance to deliver on 11th Feb and still i m going to Modern Automobile and they asure to deliver after few days and i got very frustrated with type of service which Maruti deliver to customer as at the time of purchase your exucutive called me daily for meeting and now i have to visited on daily basis to confirm the status and nobody called me to confirm about same from servise center. And now onwards i convey to our couleges about services of Maruti Udhyog to customer that truely they didn't provide customer satisfaction after purchasing the Car.
