Not responding properly as complaint 4 times

Dear sir/Mam,

I have purchase Maruti ASTAR VXI Reg no:-UP14AZ 0234feb since thenmy starring in making some noise and i have complaint 4 times but no reply yet.three months have been past when i have purchase my car but becuse of ur behaviour u have shown to us has harted me so much.pls tell me where i should complaint so that i wil get immidate result.
