Poor Car Repair & Service

I had given my car (Maruti Alto No.: DL8CN-3714) for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorised Service Station named "T R Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd." located at 33, 34 HCMR Complex, East Gokulpur Main Wazirabad road, Near Yamuna Vihar Flyover, Delhi – 110094 on 23 March.

In this context, I would like to bring to your kind notice the following:

a) Propose date of delivery was 31 March whereas, I received the vehicle on 9 April despite our repeated request.

b) I am terribly disappointed with the repair and service work. There is still unfurnished job and the condition of vehicle was not appreciable. There was water in the headlights, which was replaced during the repair and service. Upon questioning on the same, we just received the lame excuses.

It is alarming to note how Maruti authorises their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I, for one, am very disappointed and dis-illusioned with the job. I hereby requested that some expert should review the vehicle condition and repair job should be done again.
