Dear Sir / Madame,
I gave my car for Repair / Servicing to Kothari Wheels (authorised Maruti Dealer of Pune), at their workshop in Pune. Details as under:
Car and Model: Baleno - MH12AN 8471
Main Problem: After driving for a while when we park for sometime, then while reversing or full turn the car gave a "Screeching / Squeaking sound".
Servicing / Repair Date : 29 Oct'10 . Job Card No. JC10090751
(Work not done as they needed some parts to be bought from MUL for which I paid Advance Money)
Re-service / Repair: After they received the parts, I gave the car again for repair (which was not done earlier)
Date of Service / repair ; 23 Nov'10 Job Card No. JC10091939
Total Bill was around Rs.30, 000.00
Comments on Service: The problem for which I gave car for servicing is just intact. No effort has been put by the dealer to rectify the fault. It seems they have just wasted my money and time.
Today I have again requested the Dealer "Kothari Wheels" to rectify the problem and they have agreed to take it back for repair.
Kothari Wheels has acted recklessly and made me spend Rs.30, 000.00 without any reason. Clearly the Service Engineer was more interested in making money for Company at my expense. I request you to take up the matter at appropriate level so that Dealer can be forced to refund my money (so charged for wrong reason) and also immediately rectify the mistake.
