Poor Service Quality

I got my car serviced at Barclay motors Panchkula. I was assured a delivery time of 2.30 pm by the repersantative of the companey. How ever when i enquired at 2.30 telephonically i was told that due to mechanical problems the car repair took longer time and told me to collect the car at 3.30 pm. iI reached the service center at 3.45 and the car was still not ready. i was delivered the car at 4.30pm with an instructions that i can get the washing done again any time in near future. i brought the car home and to my surprise the center locking of the car was not working which was mentioned to be repaired in the job card. Also the brake light of the vehicle is not working as no body seems to have checked up the same. When contacted the service station we were told to bring the vehicle again to service station to get the jobs done. Kindly let us know if it is not the duty of the service people to check all the things mentioned in the service booklet during the service and how much time a customer is expected to spend for getting the vehicle serviced. Also please let us know that if flushing of engine is necessary during the service of the car as same is not mentioned in the service booklet and is being emphasised by the service stations.
