Sir,

I am working in Airports Authority of India, Madurai airport, Tamilnadu as Senior Superintendent (Fire) and a permanent customer of maruti-suzuki cars since 1991. Now I have booked a brand new EECO car on 20th January immediately after the launching, at SOLAMALAI MARUTI, MADURAI, TAMILNADU. As per the instructions from the dealer I have given Rs.3.70 Lakhs in Cheque issued by SBI, Avaniapuram Branch, Madurai on 19th February and they offered the delivery of the car before 15th March. On my enquiry, the Sales Manager of the above dealer told that it will take another three months for the delivery and can return the amount paid if not interested for waiting.

Sir, is this the way of dealing a customer having this much years of relation with your company? Really I am fed up with the approach and attitude of the dealer executives. I am sure that this way of utter dealings may lead the customers to the desk of other enhanced company dealers.

So, I request that kindly intervene and look into the matter favourably to the customer satisfaction at the earliest.

Expecting this act of kindness may help me to own your new EECO car and through that to uplift the value of customer relations.
