Sub: Regarding problems, I am facing with your authorized dealer at Shimla (HP)
Respected Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, I, Ashwani Verma have booked ZEN Escilo with ABS in white color by dated 26/10 with a booking amount of Rs 50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). At the time of booking of vehicle, it was told to me that the vehicle will be made available with in 30 to 45 Days.
Now, today a period of more than two months have been passed & till date I have not received any information regarding delivery of vehicle. I have talked to M/s Goyal Motors Shimla time to time but not received any confirmation. M/s Goyal Motors representative Mr. Sandeep and his higher authorities are not cooperating me and also making excuses all the time.
Today dated 28/12 again I talked to Sh. Sandeep for the same as he had promised me that he will confirm the exact detail of vehicle delivery today but again on enquiring he started making excuses and today he is telling me that the same vehicle will not be available / confirmed till next 20 to 30 days because as per him this vehicle is not in the production line and exact detail of dispatch of vehicle can not be confirmed.
Sir, I want to know that if the vehicle was not on production line why the dealer made it clear while receiving the booking amt.—it seems they have not placed the order for this vehicle further.
Why the dealer is making excuses all the time for the last two months because in my opinion a reputed manufacturer like Maruti Udyog Limited have not such kind of network, there is something wrong in between.
One more thing the dealer never even tried to tell me the exact position regarding what is happening and what procedure I shall adopt in this case. No body from dealer’s side ready to talk to me.
Kindly do take necessary action so that customers like me do not suffer and, in future also be treated with responsibility.
Sir, As, I am a very easy going person & do never indulge in this type of writing letters but as the attitude & the behavior, services & I am getting from M/s Goyal Motors have forced me to write all this.
I request you to kindly intervene into the matter & please do get me some relief.
There is also a lot more to write but I am now not at all interested in telling all this as I feel (with the attitude of sales manager) that no body is going to take this matter seriously & the Goyal motors made a formality of booking the vehicle only.
Therefore, I request to please get me some remedial action so that I get my dream car as early as possible.
