Delay in insurance claim settlement

Hello, my maruti-alto bearing Reg. No. TR-01-F-0644, insured with maruti-insurance (Policy No.460130765), had an accident on the night of 29-01-10.Next day it was placed with the local dealer cum insurance agent, M/S Jain Udyog, AD Nagar, Agartala, Tripura for necessary repair and insurance claim. All relevent documents along with the form for insurance claim were submitted at the end of Feb.'10.Survey was made by the company deputed surveyor in the beginning of March, '10 and the case was finalised as total loss. I readily agreed for salvage loss settlement and gave undertaking after consultation with the Manager, Mr Haripada Bhowmik and insurance agent Mr Uttam Banik of M/S Jain Udyog, Agartala in the middle of March, '10.Thereafter I was told by the same fellows that my claim would be settled latest by the 2nd week of April, '10. But to my utter disappointment in-spite of repeated pursuation till today no positive outcome could be achieved. I'm fed up with their false assurances and desperately need an early solution for this lengthy and agonising ordeal. Please help. Thanks.
