Dear sir

this is to inform you that we had purchased a maruti ritz vdi from noida on the 25 th of july which due to some technical went under malfunctioning during the monsoons. When we gave it to the service station at lkhimpur we got to know from tthem that the water had seeped into the vehical engine. Since we did not take the vehical to any waterlogged portion we do not know how this happened.we got in contact with the TSM of the area (Lucknow) any requested him to to take appropriate action. We also requested him to replace the faulty engine of car the which he told us he would do but for about a month or so we repeatedly questoined him and requested him but he just got the damaged part repaired and handed over the vehical to us. Within that one month he gave us the car once in between but the car was even in worse condition. Then we complaied again and he replced the defected parts but not the half engine we had asked hi to do so.the action taken by him has not satisfied me hence i am putting forward my request to you. It had not even been complete 2 months since i had purchsed the vehical that this occured. Hence it is my sincere request to to either get my vehical replaced or get the car engine replaced.
