Sir,

I had booked for a marutiritz model zxi ritz blue blaze on 26/10 in Indus motors, West hill branch, Calicut, kerala, india. They assured me that the vehicle is ready with them and gave me invoice numbered 16460. As per the assurance made by them, i paid the full amount as loan to Indus motors on 28/10. (DD number 41496) dated 28/10 from SBT, puthiyara branch, Calicut. But i was informed that the vehicle is not ready at present and i will have to wait for another one or two months. Ihave a marriage function at my home in December first week and i need to get the car by that time. I humbly request you to consider my request and make necessary measures for the above mentioned matter. I am very displeased with the services of the dealer. Hence i humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
