Old Car Dumped to me as New

Hello Maruti Team,

I am writing this Email in regards to the 1st free service that I have got done at Pratham motors.

I was not charged even a single rupee for the service as K Series Engine does not need Oil Change for the first 10, 000KMS, but that doesn't mean that rest of the complaints will not be addressed.

1) I informed them that none of the doors close easily/Properly, I have to fore them to close.

2) Vibrating noise from Driver side AC Vent.

3) Can not park the car on the road where vehicles keep moving, as the Alarm starts irritating people in and around.

More over I think I have been dumped with some Old / Used Wagon R as the car doesn't shine even after polishing or washing from the Pratham.

The reason I said it seems Old as because as soon as i turn on the AC, the car smells like Wet Earth.

I see many other WagonR cars on the road while shine properly, but the one I have is dull. Is that because I have opted for Silky Silver Color.

Please let me know what exactly I need to do in order to over come these issues.
