against Narayani Motors Servicing Station which is situated
at Jharapada, Bhubaneswar, Orissa)
Sir,
I have purchase a new maruti Suzuki LDI, model no-519615 on 14th April. Only 200Km has gone. On 24th I found that the wiper is not working and the driver side central lock is not working and the fuse has gone atleast twice. On this particular day I have send my car with my driver to the narayani motors servicing center which is located at Jharapada, bhubanesawr, orissa at about 10.30am. The vehicle was received by Mr. Saroj Parida who is service adviser.By discussing with him by telephonic he said that central locking inside pin was broken which cost is Rs1800 which you have to pay for it and the wiper fuse has gone and the cost is Rs25 which u have to pay. Then I ring up to Mr. Manas Lal who is service superviser head, he said I will talk to u.again I ring up to him, again he said that I will talk to u.like this he take whole day to talk with me. Mean while Mr Parida told that I am doing this. But atlast at about 5.45pm he said that the part is not available with us, u come on Monday with the cost. Then I talk to Mr. Lal, he said that what my adviser is told is right, it is not coming under waranty, so u have to py for it. I think this is very sad news to me as well as to the Maruti people. I am not expecting this type of behavior from maruti Suzuki.
I have given a complain regarding this to the maruti nsuzuki udyog ltd, complain no.1551286025, 31042936049. on 25th April. But till now nothing action has been take
I am requisting u, please please kindly take necessary step for this and expecting better service.
