Very bad service

Dear sir,

I purchased maruti suzuki alto lxi (BRO1AT 2874) from Alankar auto. Sales and service, patna, bihar, authorised dealer of maruti suzuki india ltd. On 21 nov.when i went for 1st free service they did only oil change and washing and charged rs 740.When i told my problems about car, i surprised nobody listened me. Even they received my car at 0930 hrs and promised to deliver me at 1400 hrs but they delivered at 1700 hrs.

Are customers of maruti suzuki an idiot? The service centers serve very poorly after purchase of vehicle.
