Please be informed that your company's authorised service station "
Car Craft " at Mulund West have been very non-cooperative during most
of the time for Car Services inspite of our repeated requests & our
complaints to repair / service the neccessary parts etc.
It is my personal observation that the said Car Craft are always more
keen on attending the insurance claim spares replacement related
customers instead of regular car service clients.
Hence, I wish to draw your kind and prompt attention towards such poor
services being carried on by the said Car Craft.
