Recently while I was going to a travel long distance of travelling from Faridabad to ahmedabad, I thought of getting my car serviced. Hence I dropped my car at M/s Inshu Motors Faridabad. They informedthat their is a problem in my steering and front shockers, I got them replaced and got the car backafter 3 days after paying Rs 8300 for full service and replacment of parts.

I started my journey to ahmedabad next day in the morning, after travelling about 600 kms the car axle broke down. I contacted M/s Vipul Motors, Rajasamand which was the nearest service centre and he informed that some screws where not tightly fastened during the service which has resulted in breaking of some part and hence i would take 24 hours to get them replaced.

I had to stay ina hotel in rajasmand and got my vehcile back after 24 hours and paying Rs 3000 to M/s Vipul Motors. This total lack / careless behaviour during service by M/s Inshu Motors Faridabad has given me mental trauma for about 24 hours as I was travelling with my family and kids.

Would suggest no one should get their vehcile service by M/sInshu Motors and M/s Maruti suzuki should stop M/s Inshu Motors from servicing their products to avoid

bad name to the company
