Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your notice that, myself Anil Kumar jain (resi of 108, new swastik appts, rohini, delhi - 85) have purchased a maruti Ritz Vdi car no. DL8CR 4405 from Saya Automobiles Ltd. Add: G.T.Karnal road Ind. Area, Azadpur, Delhi-110033 on 18-12. Chasis no.143398, Engine no. 1318825,

Now my concern is that we have already completed three services from the place where we have purchased the car on proper time. Every time we have requested the people at the service centre to check the average as my car is giving me very less average of maximum 15 per kilometer. But even after several complaints and proper timely services of the car, the average is not improving. Nobody at the service center is taking any action on the matter.

Please inform me how to go about it. As i have purchase a maruti suzuki car keeping in mind the reputation of your company of being the most fuel efficient car in India. but it is real disheartening that i feel cheated.

You are requested to take immediate action and revert on the below mentioned number.
