My name is Sarath. We bought Maruti Sift DZire on 17/09/09 from Indus Motors Pattom, Trivandrum (Dealer Code 1602). To avoid the late, one of the Executive gives as a scheme. The scheme was to buy some additional accessories to the base model of DZire to get the vehicle in a short period. So we booked the additional accessories of their wish. The accessories are listed below:
1) Sony USB Stereo player
2) JBL 6” Speaker 2 Pair
3) Power window 4 Door
4) Central lock MGA
5) Wheel Cap MGA
6) Seat cover
7) Under Body
8) Mat MGA
9) Parking Sensor PS3
10) Sun film
We tell for Pioneer Stereo set. But they give as Sony, which we don’t like. Also they fitted JBL’s Midrange Speakers instead of woofer in rear.
But the main Problem is our power window. It works normally for several months. After that small problems arise. The Left rear window will not work correct. Severe noise and hindrance are there in its working. On the Driver’s window, it will not come forward when it fully down.
We tell this problem to the Pattom Indus. They directed us to their Workshop. The workshop men contact Auto cop’s Mechanic and tell us to go their office. One of the problem quires by using WD40 Solution. After that with in a week or 2 the same problem arises. As we are staying 75 Km from Trivandrum it is unable to go to the showroom’s frequently. At last they tell to solve the problem by changing the motors. After a long enquires and calls they come. But not change the motors. They said other excuses about that problem. As a result the problem not quire and we lost our money and cheated by them giving us these waste items. Either the Showroom or the Autocop Management cannot able to solve this problem.
What can we do to solve this problem? At last we heard about this mail. So we hope that this problem can be solved soon.
