The Manager.

I, Mr. Govardhan Prakshale, owns a Maruti Suzuki, whose no is MHO4 EH5023. The car admission date being the 22nd of Dec. The sevice centre being ' Fort Point' which is located at thane.

I had given my car for repairs since it met with an accident. I was told that i would get my car back in a months time, a month passed and nothing as promised was done. Mr Amar, is the one who dealt with us on these matters. If this is what your advisors are like, I am afraid, you will have to prepare yourself to lose your customers.

Instead, I was delayed, and delayed to such an extent that it has been three and a half months, that my car is still lying there! Is this, what your services are like? Highly disgusted and frustrated, every time i tried to keep my cool, your service centre had another excuse to give, even after promising to give the car on the said date.

Can you Please, figure out what exactly is happening and get back to me with an assurance of when i am going to get my car back. I dont want Mr. Amar to deal with us anymore.

I Hope you do the needful as soon as possible and revert back to me. Its your brand, and I am sure that you would want to grow it by makin your customers happy!
